Refund stuck with GreenDot
Hi there,
I filed my return through Turbotax. Fees for the return were deducted from my Federal Return. The funds are with GreenDot, the intermediary bank. They reported a problem depositing to my bank account. The account details are correct. I received my state refund just fine. I have been unable to get a hold of a person over there to help with this. From what I can gather a paper check was sent to me due to the refund processing issues, but I did not receive that either. Are you able to help with this? Thanks!
