Refund advanced option not showing

Why is there no refund advance option showing for me? I have done as others have suggested. I tried a new account, I tried clearing and redoing it, I've tried toggling back and forth. Nothing works. Is this a glitch that is going to be fixed? So frustrating and time consuming already 😑

Here are a couple things to check:

If you are using a TurboTax partner affiliate link to use the software, the Refund Advance will not be available.
If you select the 5 Day Early Refund Delivery, you will not see the Refund Advance option, but you can return to the refund selection page and find all the options listed.

Thank you for trying to help but none of those were the issues or helped. It's definitely a glitch or turbotax is only offering it sporadically. I opened a new account as suggested by another member and it still didn't give me the option. Strangely I checked today and it suddenly appeared. No ryme or reason just sporadically. Still doesn't show on my old account. Believe me I spent a ling time toggling back and forth and checking that I wasn't missing some option. There was no option! Too many people are having this issue for turbotax to not explain or investigate it!
