What is going on with the refund advance this year. The IRS accepted my return over 48 hours ago and I’ve received nothing in my inbox or spam folder. I’ve reached out to First Century Bank

There is a known issue surrounding the Refund Advance based on reports received - it is currently being reviewed. If your return has already been accepted as you have mentioned, please contact Credit Karma. Contact information can be found here

You all need to STOP TELLING PEOPLE TO CALL CREDIT KARMA!!!! All they do is tell us to call TurboTax or First Century. Yesterday I called them and asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told “There are no supervisors taking calls about TurboTax refunds. Call TurboTax.” First Century has actually changed their automated menu so you can no longer speak to a live representative.
