Received through TPG incorrect amount !

I have been a loyal user of Turbo Tax for the past 4 years and have never had an issue receiving my money . I was supposed to receive a certain amount and received $1649 less . I called turbo tax , who told me to call the IRS , where I was connected to see if I had offsets (which I do not), and then stood on hold unable to connect to an actual representative. Where exactly did my money go and how come I waited so long to receive barely anything ? Will i be able to get the rest of my money ?! Please help !

If you are missing part of your refund and do not have an offset, please contact Santa Barbara Bank and Trust (TPG) by clicking here. They will be able to look into this.

I’ve already tried to contact them and they are the ones who told me to call the IRS because there’s in nothing they can do being that they are a 3rd party . They also had no information as to why so much came out . They were no help what so ever .
