Question

Received corrected 1099-DIV, do I need to amend

The corrected amounts: 1a is a negative difference of 33 cents while 1b, 3, and 5 are positive differences of 2 cents, 33 cents, and 94 cents respectively. I'm awaiting a call from an expert and have a bit of a wait.

1a- Total Ordinary Dividends (includes amount shown on 1b); 1b- Qualified Dividends; 3- Nondividend Distributions; 5- Section 199A Dividends

NO!  You do not need to amend for those insignificant changes on your corrected 1099-D.  It is highly unlikely they would change your tax, and if they did it would by one dollar at the most.  If those are the only changes, just ignore the corrected 1099-DIV.
