I received an additional tax for that I was not expecting (forgot) after filing, (1099-R). I also received a giving statement from one of my charities and I gave more than what I figured to them thus lowering my taxable income (only $75 more but it did change my total tax due). Do I have to include a copy of the giving statement with my amended return?
