Just making this to narrow down our cycle group to keep us all updated on each other for transcript updates, WMR updates ect! Waiting for this DDD! And be kind no drama pleeeaaasseee.

Hopefully we all get ours soon finally! been waiting since 1/28 and FINALLY a DDD of 3/18 😃 Hang in there! I think they were just buying themselves time to get us all taken care of or something with the runarounds of the reviews and all that. But cross your fingers 😃

Good for you! Still nothing here. Same 570 code. At this point they can do whatever. If it comes it comes if not of well. I'm tires of waiting for any type of update. Been waiting since 1/29 and got letter on Feb 20.🤷

@LaQuanB01 same here I'm still waiting no updates on transcripts or wmr. I'm tiered of waiting. At this point I feel like we should be able to charge the irs intrest for keeping our money. LOL this is ridiculous.

processing date of March 30 2020 on transcripts after being on Still Being Processed for 2 weeks and turned in 1095-A 8962.... what does this mean?

Same with me.... still 570 (further action required) code. Accepted 2/6 got email last night turbo tax is charging my account on 4/10 even tho its supposed to come out of my return 🙎

Greetings to all!

I have been on this forum for a while now. I posted my story on here a few weeks back and just here to offer a update.

I had a 250 dollar discrepancy in my tax return (this was my fault because I used the last pay stub). I was an early filer. I filed 1/21, accepted 1/27, tax transcripts updated mid-February with the 570 - then nothing. The IRS claimed that they mailed a letter - which I never received. I reached out to an advocate who stated that she could not help me on her end, however, she was able to tell me about the 250 dollar discrepancy. When I found that out I amended and mailed that in overnight. I had all of that done by the third week in February. I waited about a week for an update and nothing - so I reached out to the advocate again (because now she could help me - so I thought). She said I had to wait 30 days before she could open a case however she stated that she could see that the amended return was received and assigned. Two weeks passed and silence. So last week I called and she stated that the "review" was showing completed and I should have seen an update in last weeks transcript update but I did not. Earlier this week, I called again and she stated that she was still showing that the case was closed and completed. Since this was the status she opened a case for me. Yesterday, I called again and she said that she could see a DDD of the 25th. This morning, my transcripts in fact updated with the DDD for the 25th.

So I would say that if you are able to get an advocate to at least tell you what the issue is (if any), then maybe you can take some action on your own. The advocates are really restricted this year with what they are able to do and when they are able to step in to help, but there are some things that they can see that may be helpful.

I summed up my story as much as I could but hopefully this helps someone.

Just an update for anybody who's been following me. tax advocate finally called me back today after I had left her a message trying to figure out what was going on. She looked in the emails and saw that the IRS man said that they proved I was HOH and they proved that the kids lived with me well my nephew's not kids for more than six months out of the year but we're having difficulty proving there my blood nephews. but then tax advocate went off and was like that's BS because I prove that they were blood relatives before I even sent this over to the IRS so she was like hold on I'm going to have to send an email back to the IRS and spell it out for them and then once he calls me back I'll have to call you back so here we go again. No ddd update

Still nothing.... filed with TT 01/11 accepted the 27th. Everything exact same. 20200705 no update to transcript in weeks, everything dated 03/02 processing date TT told me yesterday mine looked fine and was showing processing on their end IRS says different that what I reported wasn't what they had and employer didn't turn in w2 so on..... that was taken care of and ssa website was updated as well as of a week ago. And still no updates and now TT is trying to take a payment out of my account I've even paid extra for the audit defense contacted them and they're useless was a waste of money. Still no updates and looks like I'll be sitting on hold forever going on almost two months now. Did received 4464c letter stating wait 60 days but if i did this return to do nothing well that was dated 02/13 so it's just a run around and nothing from any of these places give or have any answers. I've been waiting on advocate to call for over a week. Called back and it says another 3 days to wait for call so looks like their just getting put off.

Recieved CP05 letter last week with 3-9-20 as stat date of "random review". Called IRS spoke to 2 different agents who told me as far as they can see "nothing is wrong, unfortunately you're one of the unlucky who's return got selected for random review". Just recieved my account transcript ... cycle 20200705 (which i found out is a date, 04-14-2020? My codes go like this: 150 tax return filled

806 w-2 withholding 4-15-2020($amount)

766 credit to your account 4-15-2020($amount)

768 EIC 4-15-2020($amount)

570 additional account action pending 3-2-2020($0.00)

971 notice issued 3-9-2020($0.00)

Im out of work now for at least 2 weeks as is my husband. Just wondering what it all means and weather a tax advocate should be called. We really, really, really need this money!
