No Refund, Letter from IRS for missing QMIN

I filed with TT 5 weeks ago and received two letters from the IRS today stating that one or more of the QMIN is missing or incomplete. Send us your completed form 5695 with the applicable QMIN. When I look at the pdf of my TT filing, both numbers are correct (O1T8 for Jeld-Wen window and M6G5 for Navien tankless water heater). Anyone else having this problem? Do I just resend the same pdf of the 5695 form?

Yes, you will need to print out Form 5695 from your tax return and send that to the IRS when you reply to their notice.  Please see how do I get a PDF of my return and instead of printing out the entire return, just select Form 5695.  If you already have your form printed out, you can just make a copy of the form and send that back to the IRS.

You can also refer to the guidance in How do I respond to an IRS notice to assist you with your reply.
