Somehow the question was lost after the statement of a fact and a semi-colon. My question is: my return was accepted (last night); and I owe taxes and I filled out through TT Form 9465 for a payment arrangement. TT had me print a Form 1040-V Payment Voucher. Question: Do I need to send in a check with the Form 1040-V Payment Voucher now? Or do I wait for the IRS to contact me? OR do I set up a payment plan online without ANY contact with the IRS. Steps please?
