Question

I've tried all of the suggestions and apparently nobody sees what I see. There isn't a menu to be found. I have looked and clicked to open anything and everything to no avail. Thanks to all. I have until April to see if updates pop up like they have done in the past. Then maybe I'll be in business or the post office it is.

Are you trying to do all of this on a phone? If so, try getting to a bigger computer with internet access and log on to your account ---maybe you need the bigger screen to find what you are looking for.

There might be 3 stacked lines at the top left? What does your screen say? Can you post a screenshot? What exactly are you looking for? Are you even in your return? You might need to be inside your current return or start a return for the side menus to open up. Continue into your return a few screens for the menu to open up.
