IRS Rejection

My tax return was rejected because the IRS showed that myself or a family member had insurance through the Healthcare Marketplace. This is not correct as we have employer-based insurance. Is there some method to advise that the information on file is incorrect? Thanks

contact the Marketplace. The IRS got their information from the Marketplace. Get that resolved first. Could be fraud (or something you don’t remember). Even if you had Marketplace for just one month, it has to get reported.

You may have to paper file.
