I submitted (e-filed) deceased mother-in-law's return, but have to mail a Form 1310 to go with it so my wife can accept the refund as the authorized person. How do I know which filing center to address the Form 1310 to?

Form 1310 gets mailed to the same address where the tax return would have been filed. See, Where to File Paper Tax Returns With or Without a Payment, to find the address.

I did check the link "Where to Filed Paper Tax Returns...." and determined Fresno is where my e-filed return should have been directed. So I mailed the Form 1310 there.
