FILED 1/25, ACCEPTED 1/25, WMR CHANGED ON 2/4 FROM "BEING PROCESS" TO "STILL BEING PROCESSED"

Called just the other day asking why and was told a letter 4883c was mailed out on 2/9 in which I haven't received, in order to verify myself and receive my refund..

Any idea on how long it would take to receive the letter from the date it was mailed out?

Please see this Turbo Tax help article for more information.

That link doesn't go to a working page.

I got this letter dated February 15th, and I replied on February 21st. I still do not have my refund and I was told it will take 3-9 weeks. We are now on Week 13. How much longer should I be waiting for them to provide me ANY kind of update?

The only status I get on the 'IRS2Go' page, or whereismyrefund is 'A refund date will be provided when available'. I've been waiting to payoff a purchase, which I'm at risk of losing now due to this.

Submitted 2/1, Accepted 2/1, Letter sent 2/15, replied 2/21 - Still waiting 5/31.

@Kraztec

Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.

Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 3 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.
