I haven't received my EIP check we filed married  jointly, my husband collects S.S disability benefits directly to the bank account, he received his EIP check to our account, but I haven't recieved mine,on our tax return there was no bank account numbers I thought they were going to mail mine, did the taxes at the end of march sent them in BUT still nothing. can I file a Non-Filers tool ?

No if you have filed a tax return you can't use the non filers portal to register. They IRS will likely not set a mailing date for your stimulus payment until they completely process your tax return. They are way behind processing returns and are not currently processing any mailed returns and haven't been for some time. If you are getting a refund on your tax return, you can start tracking it once they start processing your return using this site:
