how do I fill out a 1040x to include 5695?

I recieved a CP2000 stating I owed additional taxes for 2024. All of my capital gains were not on the form 8949 filed by Turbo tax . The toal capital gains on the 1040 appears to be correct but the IRS wants a1040X with all new documents.

is it possible there is another 1099-B that was issued in your name that you do not have a copy of? Go to the IRS website and review your transcript history. The documents that the IRS received from brokers will be listed there. I wonder if there is a 2nd one that the IRS identified that you did not enter when completing your tax return.
