How to activate debit card?

My  debit card is missing I received a email that said it was at my local Post Office and would have it delivered to my home within 2 days this  was on 4/25/200  I called Green Dot @ [phone number removed] & your asked to enter in the last 4 numbers on the card BUY I NEVER GOT MY CARD can someone help

Did you track your refund and did the IRS say your refund was deposited? If you chose Refund Processing to pay for your refund then contact. https://taxpayer.sbtpg.com/ 

Also, to activate your Turbo Debit card, you can download the Turbo Card mobile app for free from the 

App Store or Google Play. 

With the Turbo Card mobile app you can: 

• Check your balance and transaction history 
• Locate an ATM 
• Deposit checks* 

You can also Sign in to your account to see your balance history, track your spending, send money, pay bills, and more after you create a login. 

You will need to download the app to create an account to activate the card.

You can activate it online, by visiting TurboDebitCard.com. On the main page, you will see a blue Activate Card button, click on that and you'll be prompted to enter your card information;

You can also activate it on the phone by calling (888) 285-4169;

Or you can activate the card using the Turbo Debit Visa Card app:

• Once you have the app open please make sure you are not logged into any account 
• Click get started
• You will be prompted to activate the card
