Hi I need help activating my card. I have called [phone number removed] and there is no options to use the number to activate your card. And there is no option to speak with anyone.

I have tried TurboDebitCard.com Many times from more than just my phone. The link will not connect .

The link will not even connect from the email thats sent, that says to finish setting up my card. Is there a number i can call and speak to a person directly? Or a link that will open besides the one I've been trying?

Try deleting your browser's cookies. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding How to delete cookies! If that doesn't work try using a different browser all together.

But i have tried that before i asked for help. I had read that in a earlier response. Is there another way i can activate my card? Or a different number to speak with a person directly?

@Julieb Please refer to LakeshaLO's post "As soon as you get your card, you can activate it online or over the phone. If you are activating online, navigate to TurboPrepaidCard.com. On the home screen, click the blue button entitled Activate Card in right top corner, and then enter your card info to activate it.
