Filing amended Fed and GA returns

After going thru program to amend my 2018 returns, TTax printed out Fed amended return for mailing. Then took me to e-file page for GA amended return, then said too late to e-file, but has no option to print amended return for mailing.

I download the TurboTax 2018 Amend software. It walks through all steps and adjusts both the federal and the GA refund amounts when I updated my dependents. As the poster above states, it allows me to save the amendments and print them in the 3 step process. The federal 1040X for prints out with all of the instructions but it claims the GA amendment does not need to be printed and can be done electronically. When I click on the continue button to "walk you through e-filing your amended return at no additional cost" the next screen says "We're ready to file your taxes. Great Job! You're almost done. Now we'll help you wrap up your 2018 taxes and file your returns." When I click on the Continue button, nothing happens. I am able to click the Back button but I am not brought to the next step of e-filing my GA amendment.

Please tell me if I can access this step another way or if there is a way to print the GA amendment and mail it in.

Only New York and Vermont allow you to e-file an amended state return. So you would have to print and mail in your amended state return.
