Federal Return Rejected - code F8960-019-04

Received email from TurboTax stating Federal return rejected. Email states to log in and "we can help you get it fixed". When I log in, there is no "Fix my return" button. The email also states in short " Form 8960 has non zero value - it must be equal to Sch 1 form 1040". It also states I should log in to get this updated. There is no indication when logging in that the return has been rejected or nothing stating how to fix. Turbo Tax help video on this subject also states that the "Fix my return" button will be there when I log in...not there. I will appreciate any help.

Found that this is a IRS issue that they are working on.

We are aware of the Federal return rejection Reject Code F8960-019-04 Processing error Form 8960, Net Investment Income Tax. The Business rules need to be modified to reflect the updates to the instructions for form 8960. The IRS will update the Business rules by mid-March 2023. Please see IRS Known Issues and Solutions for updates.
