Federal refund substantially lower than expected
Hello! I am here to state that I know this is a problem with a lot of people already. My federal return is $1,400 less than what I was told I was getting back. This not only concerns me, but also the banking company that sent my return concerned me. I was tempted to lock my debit card because we were never made aware of the company we would be getting our return through. It looks suspicious and very off, made me think I was hacked or my identity has been stolen. I need some answers on where my other $1,400 went?! Thank you for listening, Kaitlyn
