Schedule 2 would only be provided as part of your tax return if you reported Alternative minimum tax and that includes IRS Form 6251 and/or you had health care insurance provided by one of the state marketplace exchanges or healthcare.gov, received a Form 1095-A and entered the 1095-A in the Health Insurance section of the TurboTax program which would have produced a Form 8962, Premium Tax Credit

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

This is what Schedule 2 looks like

The tax forms changed for 2018 returns.  There is a "postcard size" Form 1040, and six possible additional schedules.  Not everyone has those schedules, or you might only have one or two.  If you have a schedule 2 it will print out with your 2018 tax return.

The tax forms are different for 2018 and beyond since the new tax laws went into effect.  Everyone gets a "postcard size" Form 1040 that only goes to line 23. In addition, there are six possible extra pages called "schedules" that may be included as part of the tax return that you prepare and file.
