If you have already submitted or printed your return, TurboTax locks it, which removes the direct "Edit" link. Use this workaround to get back in:

Sign in to your official TurboTax Online Account.
Go to Tax Home from the left-hand menu.
Scroll down and click on Your tax returns & documents.
Select the 2025 tax year folder.
Click the link that says Add a State. (Note: You are not actually adding a state; this is just a trick to open your locked tax return fields).

Step 2: Update the AGI

Once you are back inside your return, your next step depends on whether you are trying to fix an e-file rejection or completely change an already accepted return:

Scenario A: If you are fixing a rejected return (IND-031-04 or IND-032-04)

If you tried to e-file and the IRS rejected it due to a spouse AGI mismatch:

Select File from the left-hand side menu.
Proceed to the Finish & File steps until you see the screen asking for your prior-year AGI.
Enter the exact full number from your wife's previous tax return (Line 11 of Form 1040) without splitting or rounding.
Continue through the screens to re-transmit your e-file.
