If you want to do this for an anticipated economic impact payments the details are still being worked out by the government at this time. We do not have information on how or if you will be able to update direct deposit information with the IRS. Once things are finalized we will be able to provide more guidance.

You should update the IRS about any applicable address change you may have had since you filed your most recent tax return. Please refer to Update My Information for more information.

I filed with turbotax had them take fees out of my refund and deposit into my account does the irs have my bank info

Unfortunately we don't have a definitive answer.  We are still waiting for direct guidance from the IRS regarding updating or providing direct deposit information for the stimulus payments and how they will be distributed to these types of accounts. We will have more information once the government finalizes the details.
