Oklahoma is not listed as a community property state but it is one and there are no worksheets or form to file for Married Filing Separately.  This needs to be corrected.  My federal and state tax forms were rejected by IRS and Oklahoma for not having the correct forms.

Check with an attorney in your area.

Oklahoma is, to the best of my knowledge, now an equitable distribution state (common law), as the community property law was repealed a number of years ago (but for certain period of time, married couples could opt in).
