Changes not being saved

program won't delete ex-husbands info that was imported from last year and will not let me e-file without fixing the error. I have gone through the review and edit process 2-3 times and the changes are not getting saved/registered

You'll need to completely begin a new return if you were divorced in 2018.  See the information in the TurboTax FAQ below.
