Ammending State(s) return for remote worker

I believe I made a mistake on my State taxes last year. I worked remotely in the state I live in NJ. In 2021 I worked for a company in CO and another in NE. On both W2's they listed NJ on box 15 and nothing else. When I filed my taxes I entered that I made income in both CO & NE and ended up owing both states. This year I've come to find that I shouldn't have done that so my question is what do I need to do to amend this mess? Also, would be be correct to get this resolved before filing my 2022 taxes?

You will need to amend both state tax returns and change your state wages to zero.  This should result in return of what you paid.  See How do I amend my federal tax return for a prior year?
