Annette, I'm trying to get rid of the home office deduction but I'm going in circles in TurboTax: I answered No to the question of whether I used this space for business use only and TurboTax said I no longer qualify for the home office deduction and it would delete this category from self-employment expenses section. I click "Continue" to go ahead with deleting it and it returns to showing that I haven't started the Home Office expense category. Can I just simply click on the "Delete" icon next to the "Start" button? Seems like a silly question but sometimes deleting things have unexpected consequences!

I think it would be ok to give it a try.  Since the delete icon is there, it is meant to be deleted as opposed to going another route and deleting a form that doesn't have the 'delete' option explicitly available.
