Can not get form 1116. How to access?

Message on line says we will attach form 1116. Dont know how?

Form 1116 is used to report a foreign tax credit. You can enter foreign taxes in TurboTax by going to the Deductions and Credits section, then Estimates and Other Taxes Paid, then Foreign Taxes. Based on your entries in that section, form 1116 Foreign Tax Credit will be generated in TurboTax.
