I've had a horrible experience
Using your product. I went through all of the screens clicking "I do not want to upgrade, I would like to file for free" Once I get to the final screen I now have no option but to upgrade? I just spent 2 hours doing my taxes supposedly for free only to find I was misled. I Would like to request a refund or a reprocessing. I will never use this service again if I cant get the free features I was sold. Extremely unfair. Tax day is tomorrow, I had no choice but to pay with my credit card due to timing and not being allowed past the charges screen
