Bought Deluxe for $59.95, Doing 4 returns. Sent 2nd return & charged again. Used same email & phone # on returns. How do I get a refund & not be charged for the next 2?

I understood that I would only be charged once.  Is this not correct?

I removed your attachments just in case they had any personal info in them.  This is a public Internet forum.

Please verify what Deluxe platform you are using.   Are you using Online TurboTax (web version) as opposed to desktop software (CD/download?)

In Online TurboTax only 1 Federal return can be prepared per account per year.  If you try to prepare a second online return in the same account, it will overwrite the first one, making it unrecoverable.   For a second online return you would need a different account (User ID), an additional fee (if a paid edition), etc.

Or are you using desktop software (which DOES allow multiple returns), and are referring to the 24.99 state efile fee?
