If I can't advance forward by clicking continue on health care page, what do I do to fix it?

I'm trying to amend health care 2015. I am not advanced to next page after clicking CONTINUE.

If I can't advance forward by clicking continue on health care page, what do I do to fix it?

Check every block . Maybe there is something not done or needs fixing.
