Where do I enter my self-employed (contractor) health insurance premiums (not marketplace) using step-by-step entry in Turbo Tax Premier?

On COBRA Jan-Aug and purchased insurance for Sept-Dec.

I added the COBRA premiums as a Personal Medical Expense on the How much did you spend on insurance premiums screen and it specifically says below that do not include self-employed premiums here.  But when I go into Self-Employed Health Insurance, it says it must be entered under each corresponding business...locate the appropriate business activity on the topics list and enter it there.   I don't understand this / can't find where to enter it.

Go to the Wages & Income tab at the top.

Scroll down to the subheading "Business Items"

Click on Start or Update for "Business Income and Expenses (Sch C)".

If you have already entered a business (it sounds like you have), you will see "Business Summary".

Click on Edit for the business under which you want to claim the self-employed health insurance deduction.

If you haven't started a business yet in TurboTax, then add one.

Proceed through the interview. About 12 screens in, you will come to "Business Expenses".

Click on Start or Update for "All other expenses".

The next screen is headed "Enter your business expenses". Look down until you see "Self-Employed Health Insurance Premiums" and enter your amount there.

This was done in TurboTax Premier (desktop) which appears to be what you are using.
