Why does Turbotax tells me to submit form 1099-MISC for work done on a rental property by a corporation?

My understanding is that I don't have to, but Turbotax pop up box just states that I need to send one if I paid more than $600 for work done on my rental property.  It does not state that I do not have to send it if the worker works for a corporation.  Is my understanding correct?  Should I have sent one?
