Mailing form 8949 before e-filing?

I need to mail in form 8949 and form 8453. I am e-filing the rest of my return, which I have not submitted yet. I notice it says "E-filed returns – Within three days after the IRS has accepted your return, mail the Form 8949 generated by TurboTax...".

Does that mean I should not mail in 8949/8453 until the IRS accepts my return? I was planning to e-file today, and also mail the forms today. Is that going to be an issue?
