After I fill in the date I stopped using the original vehicle, the only three choices are: I own the vehicle, I lease it, or it isn't mine. It isn't mine ANYMORE, because I "sold" it to my insurance company. But if I choose the "isn't mine" answer, Turbotax won't let me enter any mileage, only expenses like gas and repairs. Should I pretend I still own the car? And how do I add my new vehicle, which entered service mid-year?

Yes, go back and enter that it is your vehicle. Then it will take you on a path to allow you to say you disposed of the vehicle. Then when you get to the summary page you will click Add a Vehicle which will allow you to enter the second vehicle.
