Does TurboTax provide copy A for form 1098 to submit to the IRS for interest received from a mortgage payer to me?

We (my wife and I) sold a property in Jan 2018 that we had used as a rental property prior to 2018.  The buyers are paying installments on a mortgage that we hold.  Their payments for 2018 included about $1500 in interest. My wife is a teacher and I am a scientist / teacher.  We rented to property for about 10 years prior to selling it.  

Do we need to submit Form 1098 for the interest received?  Does Turbo Tax provide the Copy A that is submitted to the IRS?  Do I need to submit by Feb 28th?  Is there a way to do this electronically in time?  Do I need permission from the IRS prior to electronic submission?
