Should I include my tuition reimbursement on my deductions/credits?

I paid ~$1,500 in tuition this year, and was reimbursed ~1,100 through my employer. Do I need to include my reimbursement amount on my tax form?

Yes, if you are entering the $1,500 paid for tuition, then as you walk through the 1098-T section, you will need to answer YES to the question "Did you receive a Scholarship or Grant in 2018"?  You will then be able to report the Employer Reimbursement.  It is not taxable since it was less than your tuition, however, it needs to be entered so your tax credits can be properly calculated.
