I have two rental properties rented to the same company that sent me one 1099 MISC for both. The properties are separate in Turbo tax, how do I enter this?

For each rental just allocate part of the 1099Misc to each one.  So you will enter the 1099Misc for each --only in the income part just list the share of income that goes to that one unit.

IRS just wants the total reported so if each rental reports their share, then 100% will be reported.
