In 2018 I overpaid both Tier 1 & 2 railroad retirement given I worked for two different companies, and my wage base started over. Can this refund be handled in TurboTax?

The guidance I'm getting internally is to use form 1040 Line 71 for Tier 1 and Form 843 for Tier 2. I just want to confirm that the Turbo Tax online software can process this type of refund.

Line 71 yes but the form 843 must be paper filed by mail.
