The Federal review flags a 1099-DIV on the Schedule B that I deleted earlier but still shows as "Untitled" and blank. It does not show on wages & income so I'm stuck.

The Federal review says, "Schedule B: Box 1a ordinary dividends-2 , capital gain distributions, nontaxable dividends, or exempt interest dividends must be entered for Untitled."

Sure enough, when I look at the 1099-DIV section of the Schedule B, it has an entry with "Untitled" and no information. I believe this is because earlier in the process I deleted a 1099-DIV on Wages & Income. Unfortunately when I return to the 1099-DIV section of Wages & Income, the "Untitled" 1099-DIV doesn't show, so I have no way of removing it from my return.

First, it might be easiest if you just enter a "0" in the box showing on your error screen.  It won't affect the return at all and it should clear that error.

Alternatively, you should be able to delete out the underlying form for the Untitled 1099-DIV by using the following steps:
  • Log into your account and click Take Me to My Return
  • On the left-hand side of your screen, you should see an option for Tax Tools and a drop-down menu
  • Select Tools from the menu
  • Click Delete a Form
  • Scroll through the list of forms until you find the form - it will probably be titled something like Schedule B - Form 1099-DIV (Untitled)
  • Delete the form

Thanks, that answer gets most of the way to the solution. There was no Schedule B - Form 1099-DIV (Untitled) in the list of forms, so I had to delete all of the Schedule B and start over. So I had to re-enter all my 1099-DIV and 1099-INT forms, but that wasn't as bad as deleting everything and starting over. The Tools > Delete a Form is a great feature I hadn't found.
