Sold condo bought for daughter to live in when she went to college and rented 1 room in the past. How to enter it into Turbo Tax?

My daughter lived in the condo the entire time I owned it. For a few years she had a roommate that paid rent at the going rate. I reported the rental on my taxes, including partial depreciation of the property. She has not had a roommate for several years. I sold the property in 2017. How do I report the condo sale in Turbo Tax?

It will have to be reported in Sales of Business Property so that you can recapture and pay tax on the depreciation. It is apart from the rental, a second home. The amount of time your daughter lived there does not qualify for any special treatment.
