This has no effect on your return and you do not need to Amend to add this form. A 1095-C does not need to be entered into your return and is for informational purposes only to show that you were covered.

I reach out to IRS and they said they sent my refund. However I still didn’t receive that money. They told me that TurboTax is probably withholding my money.
