Where to go to pay State balance due?

I have a PA (State balance due: 3$) I call the phone number to pay over the phone but gives me many options and lost, has options like personal income tax, business income tax press 1 or 2 ect.. what do I actually press/go? Same options are on website as well.

You want to pay your State Personal Income Tax. Here is the direct link if you wish to pay online https://www.doreservices.state.pa.us/individual/CreditCardPIT.htm.(select the option that says Personal Income Tax-Return Payment).
