Why can I not enter data into Column "2018 Expected", line "Miscellaneous Itemized Deductions" (when I click in that box, the box is not activated)?

Why can I not enter data into Column "2018 Expected", line "Miscellaneous Itemized Deductions" (when I click in that box, the box is not activated)?

In the new tax laws for 2018, there will be no deductions for miscellaneous itemized deductions. That is why the area will not allow you to input any numbers.
