I have 2 vehicles that I use for personal and business miles in 3 separate businesses. How do I file my mileage on my various schedule Cs?

You should enter each Business's vehicle expenses as if they were a different vehicle for each business but you would enter the same vehicle information and beginning and ending mileage for both or the same total miles and commuting miles but the business miles for each business would be different.  (See the attached screenshot below. Click to enlarge.)

or

Per SuperUser bwa, "the easiest way is to simplify the problem - just report the mileage under one business.  It will make no difference in your taxable income or income subject to self-employment."
