I sold ESPP stocks that I held for more than 2 yrs. My 1099-B from the broker is including wash sale loss disallowed. I sold the stocks at a loss but is this correct?

I have not repurchased the ESPP stocks.  I have held them since acquisition and sold them 2+ years later.

Yes, the info on your 1099-B for wash sale disallowed is probably correct.  If you were purchasing shares with payroll deduction, it could be certain shares are being labeled as 'wash sale' because identical purchase was made with following payroll deductions.

The last shares you purchased (with no repurchase) would be short-term capital loss.  You could ask your broker for a more detailed explanation of which shares fell into the 'wash' category.
