I filed head of household 2015 & 2016. I noted my dependent had no health insurance, but he had Medicare A. Can I file amendments and get the penalties back?

Yes, you can amend your returns. Before you amend your return make sure you save a PDF copy of your return as it was originally filed.

If you originally used the Free edition of TurboTax, you will be charged to use the prior year software.
