Had the wrong agi, now have the correct one to e- file but now unable to e-file due to too many attempts. Is there anyway you can reset my account so I can e- file?

The decision on whether or not you are able to e-file is not made by TurboTax. If you were advised you can no longer e-file due to too many rejected attempts, you don't have any other choice but to print and mail in your returns at this point.
