TurboTax is showing that I qualify for the Tuition and Fees deduction for 2017 but that deduction no longer exists.

Congress did not renew the Tuition and Fees deduction for Tax Year 2017.  However, turbotax is still trying to give me this deduction.  Is this an error in the software?

I am not a TT employee. Great catch, Please be aware that TT is aware of this. Many forms are still not finalized. The IRS is not accepting returns till 1/29.  Here is a link to forms estimated finalized dates https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1908854-forms-availability-table-for-turbotax-federal-products-exc....  Sorry you are having issues. The last minute IRS changes and forms finalization all must be tested.  Thank you for posting.
**I don't work for TT. Just trying to help. All the best.
