I downloaded the 2017 Turbotax this morning but then I received an email that my Turbotax Advantage had been updated. Just to be clear I still want to receive the CD.

When will I receive the CD (MAC) with the 2017 forms?

Advantage members that buy the CD get both versions as downloads as well which really makes the CD a useless piece of plastic. 

11/08/17 - Downloads are added to all the customer's account, regardless if they're CD or Download customers.
11/13/17 to 11/14/17 - CD orders will begin to ship.
11/27/17 - Expected in-home delivery date for CDs

... however a warning to the users ... the current download is only a beta version based on the current tax laws which doesn't take into consideration the possible tax law changes that are being discussed in congress. And the program will not be fully operational until late January to early March depending on what congress does do.
